OFFICIAL RANKING DATA: THE “GONZAGA” RECALIBRATION

The October 29th Extreme Rules event in Denver didn’t just break tablesβ€”it broke the P4P rankings. With three weeks until Survivor Series, the hierarchy of combat has shifted. The “old guard” is under siege, and the #2 spot has a new, electrifying owner.

[[ THE ANALYSIS: WINNERS & LOSERS ]]

THE METEORIC RISES

  • The Rock (#2): By defeating the previously undefeated Kimbo Slice, The Rock leaped over both Kimbo and Kurt Angle. His “Strength of Schedule” multiplier is now the highest in the WWF. He is no longer just a “popular” fighter; the Microsoft simulator now ranks his athleticism as the ultimate counter to raw power.

  • Bob Sapp (#5): The “Beast” pulled off the jump of the year, soaring from #11 to #5. Taking out the 500lb Big Show on short notice proved that his “flash” power is a legitimate threat to any heavyweight on the planet.

  • Triple H (#6): The Game re-enters the top 10 List after dropping out last month. His “long and hard-fought” victory over Vince McMahon showed a level of cardio and tactical patience that the Gonzaga Protocol finally recognized as elite.

THE CRITICAL DROPS

  • Kimbo Slice (#3): The “Street King” took his first loss, and the rankings were’t kind. While he proved he can hang with the Top 5, losing his “0” dropped his index significantly. Analysts are now questioning if he can beat anyone with elite “length” and wrestling.

  • Ted DiBiase (#7): DiBiase didn’t lose, but he stayed still while the world moved. His “safety-first” strategy and lack of high-profile October fights resulted in him being leapfrogged by more active warriors like Sapp and Hunter.

  • Stone Cold Steve Austin (#11): The Rattlesnake is in the danger zone. With the Undertaker re-entering the Top 10 after his 2-minute demolition of Mankind, Austin has slipped to the #11 spot. He is officially the lowest-ranked “Elite” wrestler heading into November.

[[ THE “GONZAGA” FINAL WORD ]]

“The disparity between #1 and #2 is now the thinnest in history. Hogan at 4.50 and Rock at 4.25 means that if Hogan falters even slightly in his Survivor Series double-header, The Rock will likely become the #1 P4P fighter in the world by December.”

[[ ADMIN_NEIL NOTE: Look at #10 and #11. Ryu and Stone Cold are tied on points. If Austin wants back into the Top 10, he’s going to have to do something “extreme” in the WarGames cage. ]]
